Not everyone does well with 1 on 1 sessions. Maybe that's you or maybe you're not even sure. Either way, working out in a group has a lot of appeal. Even though you have less focused attention from your trainer, working out with your partner or friends will add a of fun that keeps you coming back.
Not only does group training bring added enjoyment to your sessions, having a training partner gives you the element of accountability and extra motivation to train harder and stay focused on your goals. One last thing, it's also cost effective.
