COVID-19 POLICIES

By utilizing the www.sclfitness.ca and www.sclfitness.com website and all contents therof and by purchasing in-person, online personal training sessions, or virtual coaching sessions you confirm that you have read and understand the the terms of service, privacy policy, and disclaimer of SCL FITNESS (VFL Health & Wellness) in conjunction with the below covid-19 polices.

 

COVID-19 POLICIES

  • In-person sessions will be conducted with social distancing in mind. A hands-off approach will be taken as much as possible by utilizing additional verbal cues during sessions.

  • To the best of their ability, it is the responsibility of the client to acquire proper cleaning agents to ensure any equipment used is sanitized prior to, during, and following in-person sessions within the client's home or within the gym accessible through the client's building.

  • SCL FITNESS (VFL Health & Wellness) staff will ensure disinfectant wipes are present during each in-person session to ensure any equipment used (including equipment brought to the client's residence) is cleaned prior to, during as needed, and following each session.

  • Clients are responsible for washing or sanitizing hands prior to, during as needed, and following each in-person session. SCL FITNESS (VFL Health & Wellness) staff will have hand sanitizer available to uphold this procedure.

  • SCL FITNESS (VFL Health & Wellness) staff will wear a mask upon the request of each client prior to entering their home for in-person sessions or in compliance with each building's gym guidelines.

  • Clients are to hold themselves accountable by social distancing, hand-washing or sanitizing hands, and disinfecting equipment used as needed, to the best of their abilities, during exercise conducted by self, apart from in-person or online personal training sessions.

  • Furthermore, clients are to uphold the above-mentioned COVID-19 policies, to the best of their ability, during online personal training sessions as best practice.
