Have a gym in your building or space at home to workout? Make training "easy" and I'll come to you! In person sessions available for 1 on 1 training or groups of 2 to 3 people. Couples training is available as well.
Within my scope of practice, general nutrition guidance is provided as needed such as calculating caloric needs, establishing macros, evaluating your progress, and connecting you to necessary resources that will help keep you on track with your fitness goals.

Once we've done a few sessions and there's a better understanding of overall fitness level, strengths, focus areas, lifestyle, scheduling, and so on, a custom program can be created (upon request) based upon your goals.
